House extension – lintel beams
Do you want to put an extension onto the lounge and have been told you need a Chartered Structural engineer to design the lintel beam and sign it off, we can do it.

Retaining walls
Do you want to build a retaining wall and need a chartered engineer to design the retaining wall. We can do it.

Scaffolds
Designing and certifying scaffold , hanging, cantilevered or encapsulated, we do it. Checking the wind loading on tube and clip scaffold and proprietary "Lahyer" type scaffold.

Foundations
Do you want to install a concrete foundation and pipe rack for high pressure gas equipment to comply with the requirements of P.E.C.P.R. ( Pressure Equipment Cranes and Passenger Ropeways). We can design it and provide a DS1 as per the requirements and Practice Note 19 Seismic Resistance of Pressure Equipment and its Supports.

HVAC Seismic restraint
Seismic restraint of HVAC supports, mechanical building services and ammonia lines are a specialty making compliance with NZS4219 seamless and straight forward.
